Accessing the MAPS pages
These pages are served as a separate static website on timo-frank.de. Images, graphics, scripts and documents are loaded from the same server. The MAPS code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or embed analytics, tracking pixels or remotely hosted fonts.
Hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Accessing a page technically transmits the IP address, time, requested address, and browser and operating system information. This processing enables delivery of the pages and a secure service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is to provide a secure, functioning website. MAPS does not maintain its own visitor statistics. The limited security records of the contact form are described below.
Retention of technical data
Retention of technical data by the hosting provider depends on the operational and security purpose: delivery of content, investigation of faults, prevention of attacks and, where applicable, statutory retention requirements. An account-specific fixed deletion period has not been confirmed for this website. Please use the contact above to request information about the actual processing. The MAPS pages themselves do not create persistent visitor records.
Contact form and email
The contact form processes your name, email address, organisation or role, professional perspective, interest and any message you provide. When you submit the enquiry, these details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to this website’s server and emailed to timofrank@icloud.com. Emails are sent through the website’s existing ALL-INKL.COM mail service. An acknowledgement containing a copy of your enquiry is sent to the email address you provide; its email provider is also involved in delivery.
The contact function does not create a form database or files containing the message text. Entries are not stored persistently in your browser and are removed when the dialog closes. Your browser may offer its own autofill functions. No external form or CAPTCHA service is used. Contact is voluntary. Without a reachable email address, the enquiry cannot be answered and no acknowledgement can be sent. Please do not send identifiable patient data.
Form and email enquiries are processed to respond and organise contact (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interest: handling study enquiries), and deleted when no longer needed unless retention is legally required.
Messages to timofrank@icloud.com are received through Apple’s iCloud Mail. For users in Germany, the provider is Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland. Apple describes processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, and refers to standard contractual clauses for international transfers from the EEA. Further information and how to request these clauses are available in the Apple Privacy Policy and through Apple’s privacy contact.
Protection against abuse and duplicate sending
To prevent abusive enquiries and accidental duplicate sending, pseudonymised verification values derived from the IP address and email address, an enquiry reference, delivery status and timestamps are stored temporarily. These security records contain no message text, names or other form entries. The security values are used for no more than 24 hours; expired records are deleted on the next contact-form request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is to provide a secure contact form and prevent unwanted or duplicate emails.
Study participation
This website does not receive research data. Before an interview, you will receive separate information about the responsible institution, consent and processing of research data. A contact enquiry is not consent to participate in the study.
